I don't know how prevalent it is but I've also been PMed by a very narcissistic topmind. The best action is to just block this if it happens, you'll never get a good conversation from someone that far gone. Don't get trapped in the poo flinging contest because both of you will smell pretty bad afterwards and nobody wins. It was pretty clear from their words they were pretending to have a big brain, but it was obvious their brain was not that big at all!
