In many people's experience the effect lasts for a while with regular consumption fren. I think there's a reason why it's been deemed unfrenly for so long. The non frens want us to be docile and complicit playing vidya and eating fast food all day!
For a bit of social time having a glass or two of wine or beer is frenly! Maybe even a smoke stick (cigar) if you really want.
