i think my HardDrive had broken down, i just lost 190 gbs worth of frens, i'm going to take it to the repair shop and wish they can fixs it.

IDK if you got it fixed in the end, but if you have a windows CD you can try to boot from that and run a repair. Or if you don't have a CD you can try turning your computer on and off really quickly five times, it tricks your computer into thinking it had a power cut and should force the windows repair to kick in...

Oh no fren. Have you tried booting from a Live USB and trying to recover it? Also I'd really recommend in the future using BackBlaze or something like that to backup your drives! It's $5 for unlimited backup storage! And you never know you might be able to recover some data from it fren, let's hope!
