Gotta make dem home made tendies for maximum flava, fren.

• Scramble one eggy and put in a bowl, add milkies

• Take your chiggen tendieloins and soak them in the milkies/eggy wash

• While soaking, in a bowl (or bag) mix bisquick (or a self leavening flour of your choice) with salt, pepper, and herbs & spicies (Cumin, paprika, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, dash of red peppa)

• Toss, or roll soaked pretendies in flour mixture to batter. For extra crunchy-much dip coated tendies in egg wash again and coat a second time

• Carefully drop tendieloins into hot oil, shortening, or Ghee

• Cook until golden brown

• Remove and place on paper towels to dry

• For added yummies sprinkle with parmesan cheese (Not too much, fatty!)

• Serve with honey mussy, BBQ, or favorite dippums

• Share with frens

I am currently learning how to make xiaolongbao, it's berry hard to get the dough just right though, fren.
