Fren, my advice is those sort of relationships are just not frenly. Not for you, not for her! The frenly act does a lot to our bodies and minds and is meant to bond you to your spouse and to create new mini frens! When we misuse it like in relationships like you had, there are usually bad results. My humble frenly advice is to not be in relationships like that, be the best fren you can be, and you'll find a nice fren pilled lady fren where you can get married and raise a wonderful frenly family. You can love her with all your heart and she can do the same and your frenly love will create many mini frens :)

I know in these unfrenly times this advice which was seen as normal and frenly is now seen as weird and unfrenly. But I think that's what the nonfrens want us to think! That's how they're creating more nonfrens. Don't let them win fren! Just my opinion fren :)
