Some the "veggie" options aren't too bad to be honest.
The spicy black bean boca burger is nice, but if you want to fool yourself try the "Beyond Meat" vegetarian options. Blew my mind.
Avoid all chicken ones though. They are pure salt.

Lol no it doesn’t. Phytoestrogens in soy can’t be converted into soy by your body.
The estrogen in cow milk will raise your estrogen levels as it’s already estrogen and doesn’t need to be converted.
The average vegan male has 12-13% higher testosterone than a non-vegan male.
