Personally I don't put a whole lot of stock in these sorts of doctors, they keep coming out with all sorts of new stuff! But try and follow their advice and stay frenly. Having a therapist and someone to talk could probably be helpful fren.

Understand that mental health diagnoses are much more common than people think, and are necessarily a barrier to a successful and productive life. The most important thing you can do is seek treatment: be open and honest about your symptoms and see a therapist if you can afford it.

It's ok fren. Don't let a diagnosis control how you feel. They might not even be right. Oftentimes they over-diagnose to get shekels.
