The fren is immunized against all dangers: call him a racist, bigot, homophobe, stupid dumb idiot, notsee, it all runs off him like water off a raincoat. But call him a fren and you will be astonished at how he lights up, how happy he is, how he suddenly comes forth: “Can I have a hug?”
