The hardest Part of getting swole is falling into routine.
Start with a simple 5x5 to build some strength. I recommend the StrongLifts app to start, just focus on making it to the gym 3 days a week at least.
Also begin to log your calories on MyFitnessPal app, try to make it within the recommended macros, but the most important part is logging your calories daily. And getting used to logging stuff.
After about six months of that switch to something like gzclp or 4 horsemen
Also look at the subs r/weightroom r/swoleacceptance and r/gainit
r/fitness occasionally has good stuff but in general it’s pretty cancer
