Balance work and leisure, make sure you meet enough other people fren. Don't be afraid to quit it if it's not for you, everyone is different and some people will simply be more fulfilled by a trade work. Being lazy doesn't count as not right for you, but being bad (and unhappy) despite working really hard does count. Be honest with yourself, fren :)
I was a cable guy, tree service worker, stable worker, retail salesman and hardwood floor installer... Went back to college this year after a decade in the workforce. Feels like heaven in comparison. No joke. Enjoy it fren. Laugh at the silly ideological professors and enjoy the opportunity to be around young, vibrant people in a place that wants you to succeed because in the real world no one gives a shit about you besides your frens and family.
Aim for the best damn degree you can get and you will get to work with other bright, industrious people. Again though, enjoy it fren.
