spend as much time with her as you can. Try to be thoughtful to what she needs and try to tell her how much she means to you, but in a very casual and natural way that doesn't cause further stress. Try to ask her for stories from her life that mean a lot to her and really listen, even keep a journal and write it down afterward. Just remember, she's had a full life and loves you very much and you are a very good grandson for caring so much. keep her in your heart fren.
