It's for people who started browsing /pol/ in 2015-16. They weren't schizophrenic enough to stay with the /pol/ boomers so they made their way to /r/MDE, but are also too mentally ill to get what "hiding your powerlevel" means. They make /b/-tier racist jokes 24/7, and think being borderline fascist is really funny. They base their entire personality is just based off post-2013 internet outrage humour, and are perpetually stuck in the 2016 elections mode (see: this gay election shit this sub did a few weeks back).
But at least it's not as bad as /r/milliondollarextreme after Charl's fallout with Sam, and Sam full retard and attracting more "haha no I'm not a white supremacist ;)" type of people.
