Saw a post on /fit/ from a guy who use to work in McDonald's when he was a student. He said most everything is soy. We all know it's artificial processed food filled with preservatives and chemical, but soy was news to us.
I can imagine them doing it though. Their chicken doesn't taste like real chicken, and soy is cost efficient. They patties are probably GMO mixed with soy.
It's no wonder people who eat McDonald's everyday look like they do. I personally can't stand fast food anymore but if you must have a cheat day, make sure you really deserve it.
A lot of powerlifters love McDonald's and burger king because it's good perma bulking food. So I'm not completely knocking it. It's a quick solution to cram in some calories at moments notice.
But for overall health and a more athletic body, I'd stick to /comfy/ foods like pasta, chicken, broccoli, soup, rice, and steak with chips.
/comfy/ is the peak of spiritual ascension. It is what the Buddha achieved through ascetism. It is what Swami Vivekananda wrote many discourses on. It is what all of us strive to reach.
When one has vanquished all enemies inside and out and become frens with his surroundings, that is /comfy/. Eating good food, going to gym on a cold winter morning, cuddling your dog, or curling up in a teddy blanket and reading Evola (me atm), these are all examples.
Living in an open borders nation where anyone could steal your kookies will keep the soul in turmoil. Similarly, eating McDonald's will keep the body and mind at unrest (also the digestive system will be uneasy). Compare this to a hot home cooked meal prepared by your loyal waifu. Your waifu won't lace the meal with soy, thus all chakras remain aligned. This is /comfy/

So you're saying this physique is a curse? Chicken, quinoa and broccoli forever?

Hey, MKSsystem, just a quick heads-up:
rember is actually spelled remember. You can remember it by -mem- in the middle.
Have a nice day!
