How do you actually get bacon to become that crispy, like the typical American type of bacon? Is UK bacon just shit or do I have to fry it for 15 hours?
I just put it in a pan with some butter and flip it when it starts tu burn. Wait for the other side to cook and that’s it. I think it gets more crispy if you wait a couple minutes after taking it off the pan. Maybe you’re buying low quality bacon, fren.
